Cannabis Harm Reduction (CHARM) 

WHAT IS CHARM?

CHARM is a safe space where you can share your experiences, concerns, and questions while evaluating your cannabis habits and learning strategies for low-risk use.

HOW LONG IS THE PROGRAM?

Each program is one session, approximately 90 minutes long.
 

HOW DO I SIGN UP?

To register, call the Counseling Center's Alcohol and Other Drug Program Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at 217-333-3704. Indicate the session you want to attend during registration. When a class is full (12 students), an alternate date will need to be selected.

Monday, September 29, 5-6:30 p.m.
Tuesday, October 28, 5:30-7 p.m.
Wednesday, December 10, 5:30-7 p.m. (Zoom)

If you have been mandated to take CHARM, the person or unit who required you to attend will be notified after you have completed the class. For additional information, call the Counseling Center's Alcohol and Other Drug Program at 217-333-3704.
