In Focus is a 4-week program designed to address concerns students with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and ADHD-like symptoms commonly have. This series is typically offered throughout the fall and spring semesters. This program is open to all Illinois students—you do not need to be a current client of the Counseling Center.

This series is interactive and gives students practical tips for improving focus. We’ll cover:

  • Week 1: Procrastination
  • Week 2: Time Management
  • Week 3: Goal Setting
  • Week 4: Stress Management and Self-Care

It works best if you attend all weeks, but you can attend any of the weeks as a stand-alone workshop.

In Focus will be offered once in person and once on Zoom for Fall 2025. To register, please click on the dates you want to attend below.
